Shattered Dreams for a Day

I didn't get into MCAD... at least not for spring.
i'll hear back in January if I'm accepted for Fall '08
This completely shattered my day... I was in such a good mood, coming off a high from a great weekend... and I open that letter and everything falls apart.
I guess it's just time to haul ass to get in for Fall.
I don't know what I'll do if I don't get in. This is the only thing that makes sense to me.

hey cheers for the comments and devwatch... as far as the softness of acrylics goes.. i have no idea how i get that effect... it's quite a long process of reworking and layering though.
